Changes in Board of Management and Legal Representative

ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHANGES IN BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

AND LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE

 

In accordance with regulations in BVIM’s Charter on  rotating appointments of the Chairman and the General Directors between two joint venture partners of BIDV – Vietnam Partners Investment Management Joint Venture Company, we would like to announce important changes in Board of Management and Legal Representative of BVIM, effective the 1st day of January 2011, as follows:

1. Board of Management

  • Mr. James W. Lewis, Vice Chairman of BVIM in the first five-year period, serves as the Chairman of the Board of Management.
  • Mr. Nguyen Khac Than, Chairman of BVIM in the first five-year period, serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Management.
  • Mrs. Vo Bich Ha,  Member of Board of Management of BVIM in the first five-year period, continues to serve as Board member.
  • Mr. Bradley C. Lalonde, Member of Board of Management of BVIM in the first five-year period, continues to serve as Board member.

2. Legal Representatives

  • Former Legal Representative:

Mr. Bradley C. Lalonde

Title: General Director

  • New Legal Representative:

             Mr. Nguyen Nhan Nghia

             Title: General Director
